Do we have to replace our current apartment websites?
No. That is what LeaseSitePro Convert is for. Convert deploys the AI leasing assistant, the conversion tracking, and the portfolio reporting onto the property websites you already run, whoever built them. If your sites are new, or you have just finished a redesign, Convert is almost always the right starting point. Replacing sites is the other path, not the only one.
What is the difference between LeaseSitePro Websites and Convert?
Websites is the complete managed apartment website — design, build, hosting, content, and the AI assistant on top. Convert is the leasing and conversion layer on its own, added to a site you already own. Both include the assistant, lead and call tracking, and the portfolio dashboard. The difference is who is responsible for the website underneath it.
Will all our communities end up looking like the same website?
No — but we should be precise about what is yours and what is ours, because “fully custom” would be the wrong word. Each community gets its own name and tagline, its own logo, its own accent and secondary brand colors, its own hero and gallery photography, and its own copy, floor plans, amenities, specials and FAQs. What stays consistent is the page structure and the typography: the order sections appear in, how floor plans are presented, where the application sits, how the assistant is surfaced. That structure is the part we have tested and keep tuning, and it is the reason a new community launches as a brand setup rather than a six-month design project. If what you want is a bespoke design per property, we are the wrong vendor and we would rather say so early.
Can the AI assistant make things up about our property?
It answers from that property's own record — floor plans, bed and bath counts, square footage, pricing ranges, pet policy, parking, application requirements, office hours, and current specials — and it is retrained as the property changes. It is scoped to leasing questions about that community, not a general chatbot pointed at your site. When it does not have an answer it hands off rather than inventing one, because a confidently wrong price quote is worse for a leasing office than no answer at all.
Does this replace our leasing team?
No, and we would not sell it that way. The assistant handles the repetitive front half of the conversation — the pricing, pet policy, and square-footage questions that arrive at 9pm — so that the prospect who reaches your leasing office is already informed and already interested. The point is a better queue, not a smaller one.
